About Me

Hi, I’m Anastasia—a certified yoga therapist, mindfulness practitioner, and holistic wellness coach.

At 41, I’ve lived through the same challenges many people face—stress, anxiety, hormonal imbalances, chronic neck and shoulder pain, and a general disconnection from my own body and inner peace.

These experiences, while difficult, became the catalyst for a powerful journey of healing and transformation.

Through yoga therapy, mindfulness, and holistic wellness practices, I discovered that healing is not just about managing symptoms—it’s about reconnecting with ourselves, listening deeply to the body, and aligning with what truly nourishes us.

Yoga taught me how to move with intention, release physical tension, and restore balance from within.


Mindfulness gave me the tools to manage anxiety, calm my nervous system, and access clarity and presence in my everyday life.


Together, they helped me reclaim not just my health—but my vitality, purpose, and inner strength.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing these tools with others—especially those navigating midlife transitions, recovering from stress or burnout, or pushing their physical limits as climbers, runners, or active individuals seeking balance.

Through a blend of yoga therapy, mindfulness, and holistic coaching, I support you in building resilience, managing stress, preventing injury, enhancing performance, and restoring harmony—body, mind, and spirit.

Whether you're on the trail, the wall, or simply seeking to reconnect with yourself, I’m here to guide you with presence, care, and practices that empower you to feel strong, calm, and fully alive.
